Letter for Thanks
My name is Samuel Armando Zuca, I’m 25 years old, I’m one of the beneficiary members of the Doctor for MOZAMBIQUE scholarship, I come from a small town in the district of Chibabava and locality of Muxungue and zona de Casa Nova, I come from a family made up of farmers where I grew up and attended my primary school and then went to a secondary school located 40 kilometers away, with the name Escola Secundaria de Mangunde, and in the year 20216 I was selected as one of the members of the DFM. Since 2016, I attended the propaedeutic year with great success, currently in 2023 I am in the 6th year of completing my course successfully, I take this opportunity to thank God for sending all sponsors and investors of Doctor for Mozambique to pay my college, since an act like that is very rare to happen in my country. And I will also take this opportunity to ask God to continue to protect the lives of all DFM sponsors and that God gives more money to investors so that they continue to pay for the college of people who want so much to continue their studies,
With all the sincerity of my heart I really appreciate your act of helping the Mozambican people without any profit fund and expecting nothing in return, please continue to have that good heart may the lord of yours be with you, and as for Dr Gitta and Dr Harry thank you so much for being a mother and father to me if it weren’t for you I wouldn’t even have half of what I have and what I am now. Words fail me to express the joy I have for you, thank you very much.
2022:
My name is samuel armando zuca I am a medical student attending the 6 of medicine at UCM since the year 2016 I come from a small village called casa nova in the district of chibabava province of sofala
i hereby pronounce myself on the retrospective of last year regarding pedagogical approval, to say that last year was very good for me.
i had a good pedagogical approval and managed to do all 4 rotations of the 5 year, but I have not yet performed the examination of the rotation of internal medicine since it is scheduled for July 17 of this year, mention that the rotations were good, going to socioeconomic issues during the last year I had several financial difficulties due to the increase of the precarious in a sudden way, even
so I had to continue with all my strength and focus.
i also approve the occasion to thank all those who spontaneously are spitting out my course. I also approve to thank them for much for continuing the action
2021:
My name is Samuel Armando Zuca. I’m a medical student. I’m currently in the process of transitioning from 4th year to 5th year. I am a member of APESMO. I come from Chibabava district. I was selected by the DFM committee. It is a great pleasure at this moment to thank the directors of DFM who are currently in the Netherlands. In my name, I am very grateful for the help that DFM has given to all Mozambicans so that they can continue with their studies and so that one day we can be somebody. And also especially thank Dr. Gitta van and Dr Harrie for taking this initiative in founding the DFM group. And without forgetting all the DFM donors who tirelessly contribute to create the APESMO foundation and running it.
With all the strength of my heart I also ask that you continue to support all of us who need your help so much and may God pour out blessings for you so that your work has an abundant flowering.
Not forgetting to inform that here in Mozambique the president has intensified measures to prevent COVID 19 due to the increase in the number of people infected with coronavirus B plus. And I hope that there in Holland everything is fine. Thank you very much.
2020:
I was born on May 28, 1996 in Chibabava, Sofala province, Muxungue administrative post, Punsa locality and Casa Nova community. I am 23 years old, scholarship holder of the “Doctors for Mozambique” project, 4 year medical student. Me, Samuel Armando Zuca.
I want to thank all of you who participate in the “DFM” project for helping me with this scholarship. That means a lot to me, because many others would not have had that opportunity. Thanks to God, I had the opportunity of this scholarship to make my dream a reality and become a doctor. So, I want to ask all donors to continue this work to give more students the same chance. After finishing the course, I can help people who need a lot of medical attention, because there is a shortage of doctors.
I promise to do my best after finishing the course. I also take the opportunity to inform the DFM financiers that I am very motivated to study. This year I am doing the 4 year of medicine that is not easy but I pray to God that I am resisting, and without forgetting to say that I am very happy for you who pay for my studies, you are doing the work of God. God will bless your projects so that you continue to pay for my studies. Many thanks to all DfM donors. Thank God.

My name is Samuel Armando Zuca. I medical student at UCM since 2016 and in the second year now. I am from a very little village called Casa Nova in Chibabava district in Sofala Province.
I hereby come to inform you on my study of last year, to say that last year was very well for me. I had a good pedagogical approach and managed to move to the second year without much difficulty.
I also take this present occasion to thank all those who spontaneously are going to pay for my course. I thank you very much for continuing to accompany the DFM group. It is very much that they do and with all my strengths I am gratifying them.
I can also use this moment to ask you to continue with this good heart and continue to give opportunity to the others who need it

I am 20 years old, scholarship student of the project “Doctors for Mozambique”, student of the medicine faculty. This year I am doing the first year of this course. The last year I had good pedagogical results. By this way I want to thank very much all of you who take part in the project “Doctors for Mozambique” in helping me with this scholarship. This means very much to me because many others would have had this opportunity. Opportunity of this scholarship to make my dream come true and to become a doctor. 2016
I was born 28 May 1996 at Chibabava, Sofala province, administration post of Muxungue, locality de Punsa and community of Casa Nova. I am 19 years old, scholarship student of the project “Doctors for Mozambique”, student of the propedeutic year. I, Samuel Armando Zuca, come from a family without financial conditions to pay for the course of medicine. My father who has 17 children died and I am living with family. The person who paid for my studies is Maria Manuel Taibo. By this way I want to thank very much all of you who take part in the project “Doctors for Mozambique” in helping me with this scholarship. This means very much to me because many others would have had this opportunity. Thank God I got this opportunity of this scholarship to make my dream come true and to become a doctor. In this way I want to ask all donors to continue with this work to give the same chance to even more students to come. This scholarship means a lot to me. After finishing my course I can help my people who need a lot of medical attention because there is a lack of doctors. I promise to do my best after finishing my course.
