First and foremost, I express my sincere gratitude to all members of the DFM, whose institutional support and ongoing guidance have been crucial to my training. I especially thank Dr. Hanry and Drª Gitta for the encouragement, guidance, and availability they have shown throughout the academic year. The year 2025 was positive and marked by significant progress. Throughout this period, I acquired solid theoretical knowledge and, above all, relevant practical experience, which directly contributed to my academic and professional growth. I maintained a responsible and committed attitude, actively participating in theoretical and practical classes, as well as fulfilling the assessments and curricular requirements of the course. Despite the natural challenges inherent in the General Medicine course, I managed to overcome them with effort, discipline, and perseverance, maintaining focus on my goals and the development of essential skills for medical practice. The support provided through this scholarship has been fundamental to the continuity of my training, allowing me to dedicate myself fully to my studies. For the current academic year, my goal is to dedicate myself even more, in order to achieve better academic results and continue to evolve both scientifically and professionally. I renew my commitment to honor this opportunity with seriousness, responsibility, and continuous dedication.

Cordial greetings to all members of the doctor of Mozambique and I hope you are all well!
My name is Tomás Da Cruz David, I was born in Machanga and grew up in Chibabava. I was selected from São Francisco de Assis-Mangunde secondary school, Chibabava district, Sofala province.
Firstly I want to thank all the members of doctor of Mozambique and Apesmo. I joined this family in the year 2024, I did the propaedeutic year at the Catholic university of Mozambique, it was a very interesting year for me, I learned a lot and I’m ready to learn more. The preparatory year wasn’t very easy, but it was normal for me. It was a successful year for me because I managed to pass. I’m very happy that we all passed, everyone who was with me during the preparatory year. Now I’m in the 1st year, congratulations to me, I’m finally studying the general medicine course, the year has already started and we’ve also started with other study methods to guarantee our qualities as medical students.

My name is Tomás DA cruz David. I was born on May 7/2005 in Machanga district,but I grew up in Chibabava.
My father has got two wives. He has got nine children. He has got five children with my mother and four children with another wife, my stepmother.
I have got seven brother studying at primary school and a sister studying at secondary school.
My father is a teacher of primary school. He teaches at Hamamba primary school in Chibabava district.
My mother is a business woman she sells bananas.
My brother and I live in Chibabava with my mother. My father and my stepmother live in Hamamba. They live in Hamamba because my father works there in Hamamba. My father lives far of us and he has come at the weekend, after that he goes back to work on Monday morning.
My parents paid all school fees. It is important to say that I am firstborn of my parents.
In order to finish my letter I would like to say that I finished grade 7 at Chibabava primary school in 2018; and I finished grade 12 at Mangunde secondary school in 2023.
