Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to share my story and express my interest in applying for the scholarship.
My name is Dabelsia Massada Nema. I was born on January 27, 2009, in the district of Manica, in the province of the same name. I am an orphan of my father and currently live with my mother, who is a teacher, and my stepfather, who is a farmer, along with my seven siblings — six girls and one boy. I am the third child in my family.
I began my studies in 2014 and attended seven different schools throughout my educational journey. I completed my primary education at Eduardo Mondlane Primary School and my secondary education at Sagrado Coração Community Secondary School, also attending Chinhamapere and Jécua Secondary Schools. Despite the challenges I faced, I never repeated a school year, showing dedication and perseverance.
In 2024, I learned about this scholarship at my school, and in 2025, I applied. Thanks to God, I was selected. This opportunity represents not only a way to continue my studies but also a chance to honor the effort and sacrifice of my family.
Thank you in advance for your consideration. I am available to provide any additional information you may require.
Sincerely,
Dabelsia Massada Nema
